 Five More Local Red Cross Disaster Relief Caseworkers
Deployed to Assist Flood and Tornado Recovery Efforts
A total of 12 local volunteers are helping families in Indiana and Iowa

St. Louis, Tuesday, June 10, 2008 – In addition to the seven disaster relief workers deployed to help with relief efforts in Indianapolis last Sunday, the American Red Cross St. Louis Area Chapter is deploying five additional disaster relief workers to assist with emergency response efforts in Indiana and Iowa following massive flooding and tornadoes.

The following seven disaster relief workers deployed last Sunday to assist the Red Cross chapter in Indianapolis with sheltering and disaster assessments: Jack Riegel, of St. Louis, Mo.; Gary Ogle, of DeSoto, Mo.; Robert Vinluan, of Imperial, Mo.; Walter Wallheimer, of Caseyville, Ill.; Donald Brozovich, of Overland, Mo.; Larry Fleming, of Swansea, Ill.; and Charlie Meyer, of Arnold, Mo.
